Each partner plays a unique role in building stronger vocational education and training systems, supporting entrepreneurship, and creating smart learning environments.

Spain – Asociación Mundus (Coordinator)
From Zaragoza, Mundus leads the coordination of PULSE. With over a decade of experience in international mobility and VET internationalization, Mundus ensures smooth project management and drives the strategic vision of the consortium.

Based in Nice, GIP-FIPAN is a public body specializing in vocational training, professional integration, and lifelong learning. In PULSE, it shares its expertise in work-based learning and digital pedagogy, bridging education with the realities of the labor market.

Founded in Athens, Odyssea is a non-profit tackling systemic social issues through innovation and training. With its FabLab and Academy, it empowers marginalized communities. In PULSE, Odyssea provides context analysis, peer-to-peer exchange, and expertise in SmartLabs.

Libya – College of Industrial Technology
Located in Misurata, CIT is a leading public institution specializing in IT and engineering. It plays a key role in PULSE by hosting training activities in Libya, helping to strengthen VET provision locally.

A digital transformation and business development organization based in Misurata. In PULSE, Investor Tech ensures the contextualization of activities in Libya and hosts the expert visit, while also contributing its expertise in digital skills.

Morocco – Université Mohammed VI Polytechnique
UM6P in Ben Guerir is a private university driving applied research and innovation. Through its Innovation & Entrepreneurship Lab, it leads the entrepreneurial skills training in PULSE, equipping learners with the competencies needed for the future labor market.

Morocco – ESITH
Casablanca’s School of Textiles and Garments is a top engineering institution, bridging academia with industry. ESITH contributes to project implementation and will host the closing conference in Morocco.

This Basque VET center offers programs aligned with industry needs and promotes entrepreneurial mindsets through active, project-based methodologies. In PULSE, it provides expertise in innovative pedagogy.

Tunisia – AMTA Academy
Based in Sfax, AMTA Academy offers training in sectors such as mechatronics, robotics, and green energy. Its role in PULSE includes implementing activities in Tunisia and hosting the expert visit in 2027.

IMSET, part of Honoris United Universities, is a leading private VET provider with campuses across Tunisia. It leads the cross-country network within PULSE and hosts the project launch and closing ceremonies in Tunisia.

About PULSE:

The PULSE project is co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ Programme and involves partners from Spain, France, Greece, Morocco, Tunisia, and Libya. It aims to co-create and test innovative learning strategies in entrepreneurship within VET institutions, empowering young people with the tools and mindset to succeed in today’s fast-changing labour markets.
