A collaboration between Africa and Europe to promote entrepreneurship
The Project
PULSE addresses youth employability challenges in the North African region by tackling skills gaps and mismatches between labor market needs and training. The project emphasizes the importance of both technical and soft skills, equipping students and trainers with competencies to succeed in a dynamic workplace. Inspired by the EU EntreComp framework on Entrepreneurial Competences, PULSE promotes entrepreneurship as the ability to transform opportunities and ideas into financial, cultural, or social value. By adapting successful teaching methodologies from European VET centers, the project aims to foster entrepreneurial mindsets, creativity, leadership, teamwork, and innovation in technical students for future job market readiness.

PULSE is a Capacity building in the field of vocational education and training (VET) project funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ programme.

By 2050, Africa will represent 25% of the global population. Its youth is a key asset, but major challenges in employment and entrepreneurship remain.
