8 July 2025 – Following the success of our official launch webinar held on 26 June 2025, we are pleased to announce that the PULSE multimedia report is now available for download in English and French.
The webinar brought together around 100 attendants from across North African and EU countries — including representatives from TVET institutions, employers, youth organisations, civil society, international agencies, and government bodies. Together, we explored key challenges and opportunities around youth employment and skills development in the region.
During the session, we discussed:
- How to better align TVET systems with the evolving needs of the labour market;
- Ways to enhance youth engagement in policy and reform processes;
- Strategies to strengthen public-private partnerships for skills and employment.
To capture and share the outcomes of the discussion, we’ve produced a multimedia report that includes speaker insights, session highlights, key data, and links to relevant resources.
