PULSE Project Launches Toolkit on Good Practices to Foster Entrepreneurship in VET Centres

10 October 2025. The PULSE project, funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ Programme (Project No. 101183372 — ERASMUS-EDU-2024-CB-VET), has unveiled its first result: the Toolkit on Good Practices for Promoting an Entrepreneurial Spirit in VET Centres. This project action was coordinated by Calasanz Santurtzi.

This practical and transferable guide is designed to help Vocational Education and Training (VET) centres cultivate entrepreneurial mindsets among learners. The Toolkit compiles proven methods, digital tools, and SmartLab models developed by PULSE partners, offering educators concrete, ready-to-apply resources to integrate entrepreneurship into teaching and institutional strategies.

The Toolkit includes a Good Practice Catalogue structured around three key criteria:

  1. Entrepreneurial Competences – tools to develop self-awareness, leadership, and resilience;
  2. Innovative Pedagogies – methodologies like learning-by-doing, collective intelligence, and CEFE for experiential training.
  3. Spaces & SmartLabs – examples of entrepreneurial ecosystems and labs linking education with real-world innovation.

Each good practice is presented with clear objectives, target skills, step-by-step implementation guidelines, and evaluation methods. This ensures VET educators, trainers, and school leaders can replicate and scale successful approaches to entrepreneurship education.

The Toolkit also aligns with the EU’s EntreComp Framework, positioning entrepreneurship as a transversal competence for all learners—not only future business founders but also proactive employees, community leaders, and innovators.
